For years, I kept pushing through - - training harder, staying busy, doing whatever I could to outrun the discomfort.

I thought that if I just did more, I’d finally feel free.

But the truth?

I wasn’t running toward health or happiness.

I was running away from the parts of myself that needed the most love and attention.

And it wasn’t until I slowed down and faced those parts of me that I finally began to heal.

This is exactly what I guide my clients through. Because I know firsthand how easy it is to get stuck in patterns that keep you from truly living.

 You try to “power through” the pain, thinking that strength means suppressing emotions.

 You cling to old beliefs and identities, afraid of what life might look like without them.

 You stay in relationships or situations that drain you, thinking it’s safer than the unknown.

But here’s the wake-up call:

The life you crave - - the freedom, the joy, the ease - - can’t be found in the same patterns that are breaking you.

It’s only when you stop, turn around, and walk back into yourself that things start to change.

When I left an unhealthy relationship, I realized just how much of myself I’d lost.

I’d abandoned my own body, my needs, my voice - - all for the illusion of peace.

But the moment I reclaimed my body, it was like waking up after years of being asleep.

I came back to my CHEK program, the one designed for me in 2007 that still kicks ass today.

At 60+, I’m stronger, fitter, and more alive than I was in my 30s.

Why? Because I finally started aligning with my core values, not the limited version of myself that childhood conditioning and past experiences had shaped.

And this is where so many people get stuck - - they stay loyal to those limitations.

They can feel that something’s off, but they don’t know how to break free.

That’s where I come in.
