INNER WISDOM.

In and through time and time, again I’ve come to realize that all the wisdom and insights I’ve gathered through my own experiences are always within me, just as they are within you. There were times when I felt like I was going backward - - when intense thoughts and emotions surfaced, and I wondered if I was losing ground. But I’ve learned that those moments don’t mean we’re regressing; they’re opportunities to grow.

I know what it’s like to face pain head-on and to question whether I could handle it. Over time, I’ve discovered that I can choose differently, that I can lean into my inner strength instead of running from the discomfort. And I’ve seen how that choice has changed my life.

It hasn’t always been easy, especially through the last 4 years but by allowing myself to fully feel my pain, I’ve found strength I never knew existed. This has been my personal journey—learning to lean not only on myself but my higher power my belief in God and to trust the wisdom within me.

No matter how difficult things may get, I’ve learned that joy and peace are always available. I’ve experienced this transformation, and I know you can too. I’m here to guide you, someone who’s walked this path and come through the other side, I am here to guide you. And so below you will find helpful reminders:

Inner Wisdom
  1. Wisdom is Always Within You The insights and knowledge we seek are often already within us. We don’t need to look outside for answers; instead, we must reconnect with what we’ve already learned through experience.

  2. Pain is a Path to Wisdom Painful experiences are not setbacks but gateways to deeper understanding. When we allow ourselves to fully experience pain, we tap into inner reserves of strength and wisdom that we didn’t know existed.

  3. Growth Isn’t Always LinearProgress doesn’t always look like forward motion. Intense emotions or old patterns resurfacing can feel like regression, but these moments are part of the growth process and signal that we’re ready for deeper healing.

  4. Choosing Differently is Wisdom in Action Wisdom isn’t just about what we know—it’s about the choices we make. With greater awareness, we can choose differently, breaking old cycles and stepping into more empowered ways of being.

  5. Trust Your Inner Guidance Learning to trust yourself is essential. Your inner wisdom will guide you through uncertainty, helping you navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.

  6. You Can Reclaim Joy and Peace No matter how difficult the journey has been, inner wisdom reminds us that joy and peace are always accessible. The ability to find these again is within our control, as we learn to tap into the wisdom gained from our experiences. Have an amazing Sunday. I already am.
